First boil the milk and before boiling reserve 1 cup of milk
Now in a bowl mix together GMS powder, CMC powder, milk powder, corn flour, sugar and 1 cup of milk. Mix so that no lumps remain.
When the milk starts boiling add this mixture and stir continuously for 3 to 4 minute. Turn off the flame. Now let the mixture come to room temperature
When the mixture is completely cool pour it into a aluminium box with lid and freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
After 6 hours or when the base is completely set take ice cubes in a big bowl and add some water to it.
Now place another bowl over it n pour the base into it. And start blending it.
First blend in low speed then increase the speed with time and blend until the icecream doubles in size and becomes creamy n soft in texture. It will take approx 15 minutes.
Now add strawberry Crush to the icecream. Taste it if needed add more. No need to add any color or essence. Crush have itz own color n flavour.
Now pour the icecream into a air tight container and freeze for 5 6 hours. Serve!!!
